Safety Measures and Precautions

At SkyRush Ziplines, safety is our highest priority, and every guest begins with a comprehensive safety briefing before entering any course. Certified guides provide hands on instruction covering harness use, braking techniques, landing positions, and platform procedures. Every rider is fitted with industry grade helmets, full body harnesses, gloves, and dual clip systems that remain attached throughout the course. Our cables, platforms, and braking systems are inspected daily and professionally enforced to ensure each course is appropriate for every participant. Staff members are also stationed along the course continously.

Weather safety is another essential part of the SkyRush experience, and our team closely monitors conditions throughout the day. Courses may be temporarily delayed during thunderstorms, high winds, or other unsafe weather to protect all guests and staff. Emergency response procedures are practiced regularly, and all guides are trained in first aid, CPR, and rescue operations. Clear sinage is posted at every platform to remind guests of proper riding posture and course rules. Participants must secure loose items such as phones, hats, and jewelry before riding. By combining expert training, routine equipment inspections, and strict operational guidelines, SkyRush always ensures your safety.
